Volume discounts
Prices are per seat, per month. Your discount comes from your total seat count, and every seat is charged at that rate. Paying yearly takes a further 20% off, added to the volume discount. Where one extra seat makes the total cheaper, the calculator tells you.

Questions
What happens when the 60-day trial ends?
Pick up a seat and carry on, or drop to the free plan. If you're over the free limits, Eddish asks you to choose what to keep and archives the rest until you're back under them — nothing is deleted.
Do teams get extra features or pay a higher rate?
No. A seat is a seat, and the per-seat price only goes down as you add people. The one add-on, single sign-on, is priced per seat with the same discounts.
Do I have to buy seats in blocks?
No. Buy exactly the number you need.
What's included, and what's extra?
Teams and approvals, two-factor sign-in, the API and the MCP server come with every seat. SAML or OIDC single sign-on with SCIM provisioning is an add-on at $4 per seat per month, with the same volume and yearly discounts, and you can try it free during the trial. There's no enterprise tier.
Which currencies and languages are supported?
You can bill in US dollars, euros, British pounds, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, Swiss francs, Swedish kronor, Japanese yen or Mexican pesos — one currency per account. Eddish is in English, Spanish and French: the app, invoices, exports and the help docs.
Who handles billing and sales tax?
Payments go through Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles checkout, receipts and sales tax or VAT where it applies.
